Dika (Raditya Dika) just cancelled his marriage, because his girlfriend, Andrea (Acha Septriasa), just had an affair with James (Nino Fernandez). His broken heart made him difficult to write the last chapter his book. One day, Dika met Trisna (Sheryl Sheinafia), a unique girl who helped Dika from Dika's mom (Cut Mini Theo), who tried to match him with a girl. In this story, Trisna would make Dika views the world differently.
Dika always went out with Trisna. Their friendship grows stronger everyday. Trisna, who was helping Dika to complete the final chapter of her book, found that Dika was still heartbroken. Trisna planned on making Dika to stop being heartbroken. Trisna told Dika to take revenge on Andrea.
The story raises the three main characters, Miko (Raditya Dika), who is still looking for his true love, Dovi (Andovi La Lopez), Miko's friend who is living together with Miko and Anca (Hadian Saputra), who is their faithful servant.

Miko always failed every time he was closed to a girl. Rian (Rian Adriandhy), who is currently an adventure comedian, was so sure that it was caused by the curse of Miko's past because Rian dreamed of seeing something related to an item that Miko kept since junior high school. They both tried to convince their friends from junior high school that the curse was possibly caused by them.

Dovi continued to struggle with his studies as a law student. His lecturer promised to him that he would be able to pass his module if he could successfully complete the given task by the lecturer which was accompanying the international students, Alexandra, Suzuki and Mamai around Jakarta. Dovi must prove his capability for the sake of his future.

Anca and his lover, Atik, was planning to get married. Anca's parents came to test his readiness to get married. Anca was expected to meet all the criteria that his parents made.

TThis movie is about Ebi (Raditya Dika), a naive and an unemployed 27 years old man. Ebi often asked for allowance every time his mother came back to Jakarta. Ebi is always single due to the rejection by many girls. Ebi's life is very pity.

One day, Alva (Frederik Alexander), Ebi's brother who is more handsome and successful than Ebi, announced that he will soon get married. Therefore, Ebi is perseverance on looking for a girlfriend to take her to Alva's wedding in order to maintain his pride. Assisted by two of his friends, the most knowledgeable Wawan (Pandji Pragiwaksono) and pessimistic Victor (Babe Cabita), Ebi started looking for girls slowly and ended up failing.

Then, he encountered with the prettiest girl in his boarding house. The girl called Angel (Annisa Rawles), who is beautiful and angel-hearted. Ebi intended to approch her. However, when Ebi approached Angel, Joe (Chandra Liow) was also secretly eyeing for Angel's and he was trying to get rid of Ebi. Angel had no idea about this. Ebi will soon realize that his adventures in releasing the "single" status make him more aware of what he needs in his life and not just fulfill what he wants.
